As we say goodbye to 2022, we often set goals to achieve and resolutions to follow throughout the new year. If you’re resolved to improve your organization in 2023, we recommend getting a head start on your spring cleaning of the most-used room in your home – your kitchen!
So, without further ado, here are our top tips for kitchen cleaning and reorganizing in 2023. Let’s get started!
Stock Up on Supplies
Before cleaning your kitchen, it’s essential to gather your supplies. We recommend investing in new sponges and gloves, and purchasing any new cleaners that might be running low.
Cleaning Out Your Refrigerator and Pantry
Although a time-consuming task, we encourage you to start off the New Year with a clean fridge. By throwing out expired foods, you’ll make room in your refrigerator and allow for better organization.
Additionally, cleaning out your fridge is the perfect time to wipe down the inside of your appliance, either with disinfecting wipes or your own preferred cleaner. If you have any stubborn spots in your fridge, we suggest using baking soda.
Maximize Your Storage
The most important aspect of any home organization task is, of course, maximizing your storage. By ensuring that you have ample room for your items, you’ll enjoy an organized kitchen that lasts.
Although extra storage can often appear bulky and take up too much space in your kitchen and on your counters, Liebherr’s premium appliances provide impressive storage – no matter the space.
Featuring freestanding, semi-built-in, and fully-integrated refrigerators, Liebherr delivers sleek, stainless steel appliances in a wide variety of sizes. And with BioFresh technology, your food will retain healthy vitamins, aromas, and an appetizing appearance for significantly longer than in conventional refrigerators, so you’ll save time cleaning out your fridge.
And for kitchens with minimal space, Liebherr offers undercounter units that blend in with any style. Perfect for drinks, Liebherr ensures that your kitchen stays clean, organized, and free of any clutter.

Cleaning Your Oven
If your oven has a self-cleaning function, simply remove any racks and you’re ready to go. If not, use a mixture of 3 parts baking soda, 1 part dish soap, and one part water to remove stains, and then rinse with water.
We wish you a Happy New Year, and best of luck in your kitchen cleaning!
